With this free service you can do the following.
- Give authorization online for UPS to deliver packages without a signature when you’re not going to be home to sign in person
- Get proactive notifications via text, phone, or e-mail the day before a delivery
- Request your packages be delivered to The UPS Store® near you for pickup
- Have your packages delivered to another address
There is a paid service option but I just use the free service and it gives me the info I need. Be sure to choose the option that is right for you. The list above shows everything included in the free version.
